You can contact us for return/replacement for the particular product within 24 hrs from the date of delivery. In case of wrong/damage/defective products please notify us within 24 hrs after receiving the product.
We only accept return in following case :
- Only damaged or defective products can be returned.
- You need to Provide an unboxing video as proof that you received the wrong or damaged product.
- To raise a return/replacement, you need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our return and exchange team will take 2 business days.
- Serial number on the product and box will be the same, in case if both are different no return request will be accepted.
- The return box should include all the accessories, user manual, tags, warranty cards etc. including the original package
- Before placing order, please check compatibility in different computer/laptop parts i.e
Check motherboard/processor/ram etc.
- Please Note that, If you have purchased some internal part/accessory of some device like computer ram, ssd, SMPS etc. And product/accessory found to be In-compatible with a particular Device then in such cases return policy may not be valid. If you have any query/ doubt before making an order please call our technical team.
- Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, kindly contact our customer support team to cancel your order and ensure that you are cancelling your order within two hours after placing your order on our website. Because once your item is packed and dispatched we will not be able to cancel your order. If you have paid online for your order your refund amount will be credited using the same payment mode in which the payment was made.
